Based in Northamptonshire but mobile across the UK, Richard is a chartered member of the CIPD, and has a passion for supporting businesses to meet their goals and deliver success.  Through his 20 years of experience in leadership and senior HR roles dealing with all kinds of HR matters, Richard has worked in both large multi-national organisations, right through to smaller privately owned businesses across the UK and Europe.
